We are among the highest selling sunflower oil players pan-India with an estimated market share of approximately 19.2% of the total edible sunflower oil market in terms of value, as of March 31, 2026. Additionally, we are one of the largest regional branded edible oil players in the Indian market with a presence in Southern India and certain states of Eastern India. We have an estimated market share of approximately 22.2% in South India’s packaged sunflower oil retail markets in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2026. Our distribution network provides us with an addressable consumer base of approximately 1,015 million consumers, as of Fiscal 2026. Our branded revenue grew at a CAGR of 20.5% between Fiscal 2020 and Fiscal 2025, significantly outpacing the overall branded edible oil market, which grew at a CAGR of 10.1% during the same period. (Source: TKC Report) We are evolving from primarily an edible oil company into an integrated consumer brand platform spanning edible oils and specialty fats, and our recently added spices and convenience foods portfolio. Our operations are integrated throughout the edible oils and fats value chain, from the importing of crude edible oil to the processing, packaging and distribution of our products. We sell our edible oils and fats under three verticals, i.e., branded retail consumer, industrial consumer and bulk merchandising, with our branded retail consumer vertical’s contribution to revenue from operations increasing from 63.96% in Fiscal 2024 to 72.53% in Fiscal 2026. Through our acquisition of the Annapoorna brand in Fiscal 2025, we have also entered the spices and convenience foods vertical. In Fiscal 2026, revenue from the sale of products in the edible oils and fats vertical amounted to ₹126,141.48 million, representing 99.72% of our revenue from operations, while revenue from the sale of products in the spices and convenience foods[1] vertical amounted to ₹358.68 million, representing 0.28% of our revenue from operations. In Fiscal 2026, we sold approximately 867,096 MT of edible oils and fats and 1,706 MT of spices and convenience foods.
We also market sunflower oil under the brand name ‘Be-Rite’, specifically for sale in the state of Tamil Nadu currently. Palm oil is sold under our “First Klass” brand.
